For a full refund of the purchase price, this includes your original shipping fees. This is not a usual and customary policy and is not offered by many, if any, of our competitors. Please do not simply ship items back. In the event you need to make a return, please call or email our Customer Service Representative to get a return merchandise authorization form and number. Items must be returned with all documentation enclosed.
